Fresh Conversations is a nutrition program designed to support healthy aging and independence. Each month, Iowans aged 60 and older gather in communities across Iowa to discuss current nutrition and health topics, taste low-cost healthy recipes, and discover new ways to stay active and independent. Fresh Conversations is held the third Thursday of each month at 11AM at the Countyside Village of Manchester’s Community Room. (December 19th, January 16 and February 20th)
