Christmas wreaths made by Regional Medical Center employees have helped raise funds for charity.
Employees at the Manchester hospital recently decorated and donated wreaths for a silent auction held in RMC’s River Ridge Pavilion. The wreath decorator receiving the highest bid in the auction had the honor of choosing where to donate the funds.
Twenty-six wreaths were made, with the highest bids coming in as a tie – Becky Sullivan’s “Red Plaid Christmas” wreath and Janet Hoeger’s “Home & Heart” wreath each brought in $100.
Both Sullivan and Hoeger decided to donate the $1,237 raised to the Good Neighbor Society for their Christmas Wishes program this holiday season.
