Car Hits Downtown Manchester Business Building

A Manchester building was hit by a car on Saturday.

It happened on West Main Street around 9 am. Manchester Police say 44-year old Kevin Krapfl of Manchester pulled his car out of Hardees and turned onto West Main heading east when the accelerator pedal got stuck. He lost control and spun onto the sidewalk, hitting a road sign and stopping against the building at 118 West Main Street.

Police say the building, which houses Beauty & the Beast barber shop, sustained minor damage.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.

No one was hurt.
