The West Delaware School Board has approved their calendar for next school year. Superintendent Dr. Kristen Rickey says the board gave their approval after a public hearing at Monday night’s meeting.
And as we told you recently, the West Delaware School District is looking for local residents who are willing to serve on the school district’s Facilities Planning Task Force. Rickey says applications are still welcome as they do still need a few more people.
The West Delaware School Board also approved several staff changes – including Marquita Banks’ resignation as High School Special Education Associate. New hires approved include Jacob Becicka as Bridges Special Education Teacher Associate and Aerial Hess as Lambert Special Education Teacher Associate.
