A beloved Manchester restaurant will be closing its doors this week.
Rio Blanco is a family-owned Mexican restaurant that has served the community for the past four years – named after the Manchester Whitewater Park that flows just behind their building.
Owner Laura Villagrana says they’re not able to announce the reason for closing just yet, but they will miss being part of the Manchester community and are very grateful for everyone’s support.
Rio Blanco’s last day will be Saturday, with regular business hours all week.
A couple of official announcements tied to Rio Blanco’s closing are expected soon. Stay with KMCH for further information when those details are released.
