The busiest intersection in Delaware County is closing today as part of the Manchester’s Highway 13 Street Improvement Project.
The main four corners at Franklin and Main Streets in Manchester will shut down today, with the closure lasting for about two and a half weeks. The City says the closure should wrap up by May 1st.
At the same time, Pirc Tobin will have a second crew putting in water main starting at Bob Stephen Motors running east toward the main four corners. The City says there will be access to all businesses along West Main Street throughout this phase.
