Manchester Post Office Encourages Social Distancing with Six Foot Markers

Many places that remain open during the COVID-19 pandemic have been doing their best to encourage social distancing.

The Manchester Post Office has spots marked on the floor in the lobby, reminding the public to stay six feet apart. Postmaster Monica Kehrli:

Kehrli says the visiting public has been following the social distancing guidelines pretty well.

Postal carriers have also been taking steps to protect themselves and others, wearing face masks, sanitizing and practicing social distancing.

But other than that, the Manchester Post Office has been operating as usual, with hours staying the same.

Kehrli says volume is down because of some of the business closures, but they are hiring for a couple positions if anyone is interested.
