Iowa reported 655 new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday.
It brings the state’s total to 11,058 cases, with 4,266 of those cases recovered.
The Iowa Department of Public Health also reported twelve more deaths due to the virus on Thursday, bringing the state’s total to 231.
417 people remain hospitalized with COVID-19, with 151 of them in intensive care.
Delaware County’s COVID-19 case numbers did not change on Thursday. Delaware County Public Health says there are two active cases who are currently isolating at home. Five Delaware County residents have recovered from the virus.
