Dee “Wasia” Orr, 94, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2020, at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester. She was born on March 11, 1926, in Del Rio, Tennessee, the daughter of James and Elon (Price) Cogdill. Wasia was raised and educated near Central City and attended Stone School and high school.
On August 5th, 1947, Wasia was united in marriage to Joseph Orr in Marion. Three children were later born to this union.
