One of Manchester’s city streets has re-opened as part of the Highway 13 Street Improvement Project that continues on the north end of town.
Prospect Street opened back up on Tuesday morning. All sidewalks have been poured along North Franklin on both sides of the street.
Pirc Tobin will be working on placing topsoil along the east side of North Franklin Street and lowering manhole structures and water valves.
And there will be a shift in traffic later this week, moving traffic to the outer sides of North Franklin with construction taking place down the center of the road.
