Two Stanley Residents Arrested on Warrants

The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office has arrested two Stanley residents on warrants.

45-year old Daryl Cole was arrested for original charges of two counts of Felon and Domestic Abuser in Possession of Firearm, four counts of Possession of Controlled Substance – Sodium Hydroxide, Petroleum Distillates, Lithium and Pseudoephedrine, Drug Tax Stamp Violation, Child Endangerment Resulting in Bodily Injury, Drug Trafficking, Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

33-year old Amber Bradley was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Buchanan County for original charges of four counts of Possession of Controlled Substance – Sodium Hydroxide, Petroleum Distillates, Lithium and Pseudoephedrine, Drug Tax Stamp Violation, Child Endangerment – Methamphetamine Exposure, Drug Trafficking, Gathering Where Controlled Substances are Used and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The two arrests were made last Sunday in Dundee. They stem from a search warrant and investigation in controlled substance manufacturing at a home in the 200 block of East Main Street in Stanley on July 5th. The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office and Iowa DNR Law Enforcement assisted in the arrests.
