Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Delaware County will be hosting a one night reunion for previous Annie’s Project and Managing for Today and Tomorrow participants, as well as other women in agriculture who are interested in learning and networking with area women producers.
Join them to hear “Updates on Farm Trends for 2020” presented by Farm Business Management Specialist Melissa O’Rourke. Following the presentation will be time for networking and discussion on future opportunities for women in ag programs in Delaware County.
“Iowa women in agriculture need to stay connected, especially in these stressful times,” says O’Rourke. “This gathering is an ideal opportunity for women to hear about current trends for farms, rural businesses and families – as well as to share ideas for networking and learning in the months ahead.”
The Annie’s Alum & Friends Reunion will take place on Monday, November 16th at 7 p.m. Women have two options of attending the program, either virtually via WebEx or in-person at the Delaware County Extension Office. Pre-registration is required and can be done online at: www.extension.iastate.edu/delaware/content/annies-alum-friends-reunion or by calling the ISU Extension and Outreach Delaware County Office at 563-927-4201. After registration is complete, an email with more instructions will be sent to participants.
