West Delaware will wrestle in its first triangular of the season tonight as they welcome Beckman and Mount Vernon inside the Seedorff Gymnasium. The Hawks enter with a 2-0 dual meet record and are 1-0 in the WaMaC after their 68-7 win over Solon last Thursday and had six champions this past Saturday at the South Winneshiek Invitational where they defeated 2nd ranked Osage for the team title.
The evening will start with Beckman taking on Mount Vernon as the Blazers come in with an 8-3 record and 1-0 in the WaMaC East with their 34-30 win over Marion last Thursday, as they also picked up two dual victories on Tuesday night defeating Anamosa and Cascade but fell to top ranked in class 1A Don Bosco.
In the second dual the top ranked in class 2A Hawks will take on Mount Vernon who will be competing in their first dual meet of the season as they shut down all activities until this week.
