Congresswoman Ashley Hinson made a stop in Delaware County on Thursday.
Hinson visited with members of the Delaware County Farm Bureau in Manchester. They discussed issues impacting the ag industry, including trade, the death tax, minimum wage, infrastructure (particularly bridges), real meat, ethanol, the Packers & Stockyard Act, livestock, the EPA and WOTUS.
The newly-elected congresswoman has been serving in her new role for nearly two months since being sworn into office on January 3rd. Since then, she has had the opportunity to travel across Iowa’s First Congressional District and visit all twenty counties to hear from constituents, organizations and businesses.
