DCPH Seeking Current & Retired Healthcare Workers to Help at Vaccine Clinics

Delaware County Public Health is calling on healthcare workers – both current and retired – to help them at upcoming COVID-19 vaccination clinics.

They are seeking both licensed and retired healthcare professionals to volunteer with administering vaccines and monitoring waiting rooms. Healthcare personnel whose license expired in the last five years are eligible to administer vaccines.

Those eligible include EMTs, paramedics, medics, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, nurses (either RN or LPN), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, doctors, dentists, veterinarians and students in a health profession.

If you fit that criteria and are interested in volunteering at upcoming vaccine clinic, please fill out the questionnaire at regmedctr.org/covidvaccinevolunteer. If you don’t have internet access or need help, call Delaware County Public Health at 927-7551.
