Clayton County Conservation Hosting Recycling & Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day

Clayton County Conservation is hosting a Recycling & Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day on Saturday, May 15th from 9 am-noon. Any Clayton County resident wishing to take part in this event must call to confirm if items are accepted.

Thede’s Computer Repair and Recycling will be on site at Osborne. Thede’s accepts a number of electronic items for recycling (No TVs or old monitors). Large loads may be delivered directly to Thede’s in Manchester year-round, any day, any time. Call 563-822-1143 to reach Thede’s for more information.

Household appliances will be accepted this year at no-cost thanks to Clayton County Recycling in Luana. You must call Osborne before Saturday, May 15 to confirm items that will be accepted.

This recycling day program is made possible in part by a grant through the Winneshiek County Solid Waste Agency.
