The Maquoketa Valley School Board is discussing some improvements to Earlville Elementary.
Superintendent Dave Hoeger:
The Board also set a public hearing to donate a parcel of land to Lonnie Sternhagen.
Maquoketa Valley’s budget hearing also has been set for April – Hoeger says as of right now, it looks the tax rate will go down about twelve cents, which will bring them to about $9.98. The calendar for next school year will also be further discussed at the April meeting.
And Hoeger says it’s been a successful month for Maquoketa Valley students.
