Manchester Police arrested a man in the parking lot of a downtown bank on Monday afternoon.
A car was seen pulling into the Community Savings Bank parking lot shortly before 3 pm, followed by a police car with its lights activated. The driver stepped out of his car as two officers approached and was handcuffed moments later without incident.
Police have identified him as 35-year old Jody Claycomb of Jones County, who was wanted for seven active suspensions for not paying fines, as well as one suspension for an OWI violation.
Police say a traffic violation prompted the stop.
Claycomb was transported to the Delaware County Jail and released.
