Strawberry Days Returning in 2021

Strawberry Days is coming back this year.

After a year off due to COVID, event coordinator Hillary Recker says Strawberry Point is ready to host their annual town celebration – and they’ve got a special theme this year, “Hometown Heroes”, to honor those pandemic workers.

Strawberry Days will run Friday, June 11th through Sunday, June 13th, with free concerts on Friday night.

There will be free concerts that Saturday night too with 3rd Offense and Cody Hicks – as well as a full day of activities that Saturday with a 5K Walk-Run, the Strawberry Days Parade at 11 am, a basketball shooting contest and free strawberries and ice cream. And the weekend wraps up with the Tractor and Truck Pull at Campbell Park that Sunday. Bob and Diane Maker have been named this year’s Grand Marshals.

Recker says organizers look at this event as a team bonding experience for the Strawberry Point community.

And more hands make light work – so if you’d like to volunteer for Strawberry Days, just send them a message on their Facebook page.
