There are plans for a new housing subdivision on the northeast side of Manchester.
The Manchester City Council on Monday night approved a request by Jerry and Rose Ann Krogmann to rezone a section of land north of Rosewood Drive from agricultural to residential. City Manager Tim Vick explains:
The Manchester City Council also approved the first reading of an ordinance to amend Zoning District Regulations for commercial parking requirements. Vick says that basically means they’re looking at decreasing the required number of off-street parking spots for businesses.
And the City will be renaming the Manchester Family Aquatic Center after Mayor Milt Kramer and his wife Joanne for their decades of service to the City. A dedication ceremony will be taking place at the Aquatic Center on Friday night at 5:15 pm, with the community welcome to attend.
