Ed-Co Hosting Community Meetings Focused on Bond Issue Vote

The Ed-Co School District will be holding several community meetings focused on the November 2nd bond issue vote.

Superintendent Rob Busch says if approved, the $12 million bond would allow Ed-Co to move forward on a series of projects to address its most pressing facility needs.

Busch explains how the bond would affect taxpayers.

Three community meetings have been scheduled to give residents in the Ed-Co School District an opportunity to learn more about the district’s needs and the solution that will appear on the ballot. The first meeting is taking place on Tuesday night at 6 pm in the band room of Ed-Co Junior/Senior High School.

Those who attend the community meetings will be able to ask questions and give feedback to Ed-Co School Board members and district leaders.

And residents in the Ed-Co district can find information about the bond vote anytime online at edcobond.org. Busch says updates will also available on the Ed-Co School District’s Facebook page.
