The Bellamy Brothers will be returning to Worthington next year.
The country duo will perform at the 2022 Benefit the Vets concert on Sunday, September 18th.
Event organizer Kevin Boge says the Bellamy Brothers were the first act to perform at Benefit the Vets in 2018 – and they’ve had many requests to bring them back. They’ll be appearing with their good friend, John Conlee, who will co-headline next year’s concert.
The announcement follows a successful Benefit the Vets concert this past Sunday at Worthington Memorial Hall, which featured 90’s country star Tracy Byrd. Boge says a little over six hundred people attended – and while the final numbers aren’t in yet, he estimates nearly $15,000 was raised for local veterans. Boge says the event wouldn’t be a success without the support of their sponsors.
Ticket information for next year’s concert will be released in the next few months. You can stay up to date with the latest details on the Benefit the Vets Facebook page.
