MPL: History of John Deere in the Midwest

Join Grace Rodman from the John Deere Tractor and Engine Museum, as she visits the Manchester Public Library, to learn about the evolution of farming and John Deere! Hear how the man, John Deere, changed farming with his famous plow and started Deere & Company. Get hands-on with old farming tools and learn about the plants we grow with them! This program is geared for adult audiences, but everyone is welcome! Stop by the Manchester Public Library on July 9th from 5:30 to 6:30pm to get to know more about a major influence on agriculture that defines our state! |
