First Lutheran Church in Manchester is also collecting monetary donations. If you’d like to help, you can mail or drop off your donation at the church. Please make the check out to “First Lutheran” with “Disaster Response” in the memo line.
The Anamosa Care Center and Woodland Park Assisted Living is also collecting donations for Hurricane Harvey victims. If you’d like donate to the cause, they could use:
- Water or money to purchase water
- Non-perishable food items
- Toiletry and hygiene items
- Formula and baby food
- New packages of socks and underwear
- Summer clothing in new condition
- Rubber totes of various sizes
You can drop off the donations at the Anamosa Care Center or Woodland Park Assisted Living at 1209 East Third Street in Anamosa. Donations should be dropped off by September 15th.
