A new business is coming to Manchester.
Dollar Tree just started construction this week on their new building on the west end of town.
The store will be located at 1050 West Main Street – directly behind the Sure Stay hotel in the vacant area between Corcoran Furniture and Dollar Fresh.
Developer Wes Schulte says the nearly 10,000 sq. ft. store will be strictly a Dollar Tree store (not a Family Dollar store too, like the Dyersville location). Schulte says he’s not sure yet how many jobs will be created from the new store, but he says Dollar Tree is excited to build in Manchester and be part of the community.
The new Dollar Tree is expected to open in Manchester by November 1st.
