If you’re a chocolate lover, Monticello will be the place to be this Saturday.
Monticello Main Street is hosting “Chocolate on Main” from 10 am to 2 pm. Executive Director Brian Wolken says they wanted to start an event that would bring people out to businesses this time of year, when the shopping season typically slows down a bit after the holidays.
Wolken says they’ll also be offering second story tours of downtown Monticello from 1 to 3 pm, with hopes of opening people’s eyes to a different kind of housing option.
