Regional Family Health is still on track to open their new Hopkinton clinic later this year.
The new clinic, located at 133 SE 1st Street in Hopkinton, will be complete with four exam rooms, a procedure room and lab draw room – all of which are larger in size than their current Hopkinton clinic offers. The new building will also have a centralized nursing station to provide greater efficiency for staff.
Construction started last fall and RMC Facilities Manager Jeremy Meyer says the process is going well. “All of the interior walls are framed, the plumbers are working on roughing in with electrical to follow and the weather barrier is being installed on the exterior of the building.” Meyer says if the weather continues to cooperate, the brick layers should begin their work in the next few weeks.
The new Hopkinton clinic is still on schedule to finish construction mid-summer.
