Two Manchester Businesses Share Mission of Bringing Others Good Health

Two Manchester businesses have joined together in their mission for bringing good health, balance and joy back into people’s lives through well care. 

Flourish with Lisa and Wellness Within moved into the former Northwestern Mutual office at 115 East Main Street in downtown Manchester last fall and have been enjoying their new space ever since.

Lisa Gudenkauf, who owns and operates Flourish with Lisa, has been a massage therapist for the past twenty years – originally starting her business at her home before moving into Manchester a few years ago.

Dr. Kyle McGrane owns and operates Wellness Within Chiropractic. He’s a West Delaware grad who just started his chiropractic business in November. 

Gudenkauf says they believe that building and maintaining a strong foundation is important – whether that’s through your body’s structure or through your nutrition.

McGrane says he provides more than just a spinal adjustment.

McGrane and Gudenkauf invite you to stop in or give them a call so they can help find what best meets your needs. One of the perks of moving downtown has been the increased foot traffic and visibility. 

And Gudenkauf says the welcome and support their joint venture has received so far is much appreciated.
