A Monticello man was injured in a crash in Hopkinton on Sunday morning.
The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office says 30-year old Jonathan Clark was driving southbound on Church Street around 10 am when his car hit a utility pole.
Authorities say Clark suffered what was believed to be minor injuries and transported to Jones Regional Medical Center in Anamosa. The three passengers in the car were not hurt.
According to the accident report, Clark’s car was totaled. The utility pole broke in the crash, causing around $1,500 to Hopkinton Municipal Utility.
Clark was cited with not having a valid driver’s license.
