Civil War Days is going on this weekend on the grounds of the historic Lenox College campus in Hopkinton.
The festival was brought back last year after a hiatus, honoring Delaware County’s role in the Civil War. Delaware County Historical Museum Vice President James Hucker says students from the Lenox College were among those who stepped up to fight in the battle.
Civil War Days kicks off tonight, with a spaghetti supper from 5 to 8 pm hosted by the Hopkinton Lions Club at the gymnasium on campus. And something new this year – you can camp on the museum grounds tonight.
Saturday brings a full day of activities.
