Dwain W. Perry of Worthington

Dwain W. Perry, age 86, of Worthington, IA, completed his earthly journey on February 3, 2024, at UnityPoint Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA, while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Dwain’s life, a Celebration of Life will be held March 9, 2024 in Earlville, IA at the Earlville Community Center  at NOON. The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Dwain’s family.

Those left behind to cherish the memory of Dwain include, his loving wife of 67 years, Delores Perry, Worthington, IA; his five sons, Dennis Perry, Epworth, IA, Rich Perry, Dubuque, IA, Allen Perry, Worthington, IA, Roger (Sherry) Perry, Manchester, IA, and Brandon (Megan) Perry, Earlville, IA; his ten grandchildren who know him as “Pa”, Tracy (Bill) Moore, West Des Moines, IA, Joe (Lanette) Perry, Onslow, IA, Chris (Michelle) Perry, Worthington, IA, Dawn (Dan) Hoth, East Dubuque, IL, Josh Perry, Dubuque, IA, Jeremy Perry, Epworth, IA, Chris (Jessie) Perry, Delaware, IA, Roger (Cherish) Perry, Jr., Monticello, IA, Jon (Debbie) Perry, Davenport, IA, and Stephanie Perry, Monticello; his innumerable great-grandchildren whom he loved, adored and spoiled only slightly more than his favorite dogs; along with numerous extended family, friends, and neighbors. Dwain was preceded in death by his parents; his two daughters-in-law, Connie Perry and Cindy Perry; and his siblings, Paul Perry, Jr., Rose Reid, Louise Ingles, Donna Brenner, Richard Perry, and Bob Perry. Dwain is one of two strong pillars which this family is built upon. He will be forever loved, always adored and eternally missed!
