A former manager at Pin Oak Pub & Links in Manchester has been charged with stealing from the business.
According to a complaint filed with the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, 38-year old Joshua Dockum of Rock Falls was employed as Pin Oak’s General Manager and Director of Golf from April 2019 to July 2023, during which time he allegedly used various methods of resources to take money from Pin Oak. The complaint says Dockum allegedly did this through credit card transactions, vendor accounts and checking accounts. He is accused of taking over $127,000 during the course of his employment.
Dockum has been charged with First Degree Theft and Forgery.
The Sheriff’s Office says a warrant was issued for his arrest on January 19th. He was taken into custody in Cerro Gordo County on February 18th and released on bond.
