Dementia Friendly Delaware County invites all caregivers and loved ones of those afflicted with dementia to find strength in numbers.

-5:30pm – Support Group (for caregivers) “Resources & Connections”
All sessions are held at the Care Initiatives Hospice Building, located at 910 West Main Street in Manchester
