Delaware County Master Gardeners Kicking Off ‘Mondays in March’

The Delaware County Master Gardeners will kick off their “Mondays in March” Gardening Series tonight.

These presentations are designed to educate and entertain anyone interested in gardening and growing. The programs are held every Monday night in March at 7 pm at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Manchester.

There has been a change in tonight’s speaker and topic. Sondra Cabell will talk about “Prairie Grasses and Native Plants in the Garden”.

The other “Mondays in March” programs:

  • Keith Kovarik, who will talk about “Landscaping Small Areas for Sun & Shade-Use of Yard Art & Water Features” on March 11th
  • “Foraging for Survival” with Scott & Cherie Delperdang on March 18th
  • “Succulents-What’s New and Incorporating into the Garden and Containers” with Joshua Spece on March 25th

The public is invited to attend, with a $2 donation taken at the door. And door prizes are given away each week.
