Delaware County Veterans Affairs is hosting its annual FREE drive-through appreciation spaghetti dinner on Wednesday, April 24th from 4:30 to 6:30 PM at the Delaware County Veterans Affairs Office on Grant Street in Manchester. The meal is free for our veterans and their families.
