Dementia Friendly Delaware County invites all caregivers and loved ones of those afflicted with dementia to find strength in numbers.

-4:30pm Dementia Friends Session
-5:30pm Dementia Social – Refreshments served. (for person living with dementia & their caregiver)
All sessions are held at the Care Initiatives Hospice Building, located at 910 West Main Street in Manchester
