WD Friends of Music Pancake Breakfast

WD Friends of Music we will be having a Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, August 14th from 7:30 to 11:30 am at the Delaware County Community Center in Manchester. Serving pancakes, scrambled eggs and sausage. Adults $6, children (6-12) $4 and children ages 5 and under are free. Tickets may be purchased at the door.

The City of Delhi will sponsor Delhi Free Family Movie Night on Friday, August 19th at 8:30 pm following the Maquoketa Valley Gator Bowl. The movie Zootopia will be shown on the giant inflatable movie screen in the outfield of the little league diamond. Bring blankets, lawn chairs and golf carts! Popcorn will be available.

WD Athletic Booster Club Membership Kick-off Drive

August 19

The West Delaware Athletic Booster Club will hold its membership kickoff drive on Friday, August 19th at the Silver Bowl at Brown Field in Manchester. With your paid membership, you and your family will be given a brat, chips and pop. Event starts at 5:45 pm, when the 9th and 10th grade football teams will scrimmage. That will be followed by introduction of the fall athletes, and the varsity football team scrimmage at 7:30 pm!

Ed-Co Falls Sports Kickoff

August 19

The Ed-Co Falls Sports Kickoff will be held Friday, August 19th at 6 pm at the Ed-Co High School Gym. They'll recognize state qualifiers from track, golf and baseball, and introduce the fall sports teams. A volleyball scrimmage will also be held, with an ice cream social to follow. You can also sign up for your booster club membership. Instead of an entry fee, a donation of gently-used athletic goods or Gatorade/bottled water would be appreciated!
