A Manchester man has been arrested for choking another man.
Manchester Police say they were called to an apartment at 1004 East Main Street for a report of a disturbance on Sunday afternoon. When officers arrived, they found 42-year old Stanley Rogers of Manchester with his arm around another man’s neck, choking him.
Officers ordered Rogers off the man. Medical first responders were called to the scene to evaluate the victim, but he did not need to be treated for injuries.
Rogers was taken into custody and charged with Willful Injury Causing Bodily Harm – a Class C felony.
