U.S. Senate candidate Mike Franken will be visiting Buchanan County this weekend.
Admiral Franken and the Buchanan County Democrats will hold a Buchanan County Meet and Greet at the Independence Public Library on Saturday from 10:30 am to noon.
Franken is running for the Democratic nomination to defeat Senator Chuck Grassley.
