A pedestrian was injured in an accident in Edgewood last week.
It happened last Tuesday morning around 5 am in the parking lot of the Edgewood Locker.
The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office says a pickup was driving in the parking lot, making a left turn to park in a parking space, when it struck a woman walking across the parking lot.
The pickup driver, 29-year old Payson Kerns of Edgewood, told authorities he didn’t see her due to the falling rain and low lighting.
The woman, 42-year old Erin Ryan of Edgewood, was transported to Regional Medical Center with back pain.
