The wife of Manchester’s former longtime mayor passed away late last week.
Joanne Kramer died Thursday at the Good Neighbor Home in Manchester due to complications from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. She was 86.
Joanne could often be seen with a camera while attending community events with her husband, Mayor Milt Kramer, during his nearly five decades of service. She loved capturing moments through photography.
Funeral services for Joanne were held Monday at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Manchester.
