Robert Eugene Murray, 57, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at his home.
He was born on May 10, 1965, the son of Francis and Minnie Maybell (Cornwell) Murray in Dubuque. Bob attended West Delaware High School in Manchester.
On June 28, 2003, Bob was united in marriage to Kimberly Wickman. Three children were born to this union. Bob and Kimberly lived in Masonville for 15 years and then moved to Manchester. Over the years Bob worked in manufacturing at Ertls, Dyersville Die Cast, Hawkeye Casting, L & M Radiator and Paladin.
Bob loved God, treasured his family and was an avid football fan, Go Cowboys! He enjoyed a beautiful soaring Bald Eagle, a good party with lots of family and friends. He was a man of many talents. Bob enjoyed tinkering with lawn mowers and working on the farm. He was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and the Fraternal Order of Eagles and was past president of the Eagles. Most of all, Bob enjoyed his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Kimberly Wickman; his four children, Matthew Murray, Samantha Murray, Nicholas Murray, and Kendalyn Murray all of Manchester; his siblings, Sandra Murray of Cedar Rapids, Shirley (Richard) Kenny of Ryan, Marilyn (Chuck) Jones of Manchester, Betty (Larry) Hicks of Manchester, Brenda (Allan) Carper of Dyersville; Joyce (Greg) Trey of Strawberry Point, Bill (Joann) Murray of Ryan, Mike (Kelley) Murray of Marion, Pat (Tanya) Murray of Manchester; his sister-in-law, Vicky Murray of Dubuque; his mother-in-law, Jeannette Wickman; grandmother-in-law, Mildred Fritz and many nieces and nephews.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents; his father-in-law, Donald Wickman; and two of his brothers, Franklin
Murray and David Murray.

Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Manchester, Iowa, with Reverend David Weber presiding.
Visitation: 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2002, at Leonard-Muller Funeral Home in Manchester,
Iowa. Friends may also call one hour ahead of the funeral service on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Our Savior Lutheran Church.
Interment: Oakland Cemetery – Manchester, Iowa
