KMCH SPORTS: Former Cascade Cougar inducted into IGHSAU Hall of Fame

Abbey ran for the Cougars from 2011-14. She collected 10 state titles, three second place finishes and was a 15-time state medalist. She was honored and inducted into their Hall of Fame by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union last Saturday afternoon. Sports Director Jon Swisher visited with Abbey after the ceremony:
