Bring Me My Lunch Day 13 Winners – Gary and Linda Hilby
It’s Day 13 of the “KMCH, Bring Me My Lunch” contest!
For three weeks around 8:30 am, we’re calling a local farmer on their cell phone – and if they answer their phone by saying, “KMCH, Bring Me My Lunch”, that’s exactly what we’ll do. We’ll deliver them lunch for four from one of our local participating restaurants.
Congratulations to Gary and Linda Hilby, who farm south of Masonville & Manchester – our winners of the “KMCH, Bring Me My Lunch” contest on Wednesday, October 11th! Linda answered her phone correctly on our second try this morning. KMCH News Director Janelle Tucker and Farmers Union Cooperative’s Dave Klein delivered four fried chicken dinners from Quik-n-Handi in Manchester, along with some goodies from the Delaware County Pork Producers and the contest’s exclusive sponsor, Farmers Union Cooperative.
