A Dubuque man has been arrested for sexually assaulting minors at a Fayette County gas station.
The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office says the assault of one minor was reported on March 31st, and following an investigation, it was found through multiple interviews that there were multiple victims who were sexually assaulted while working at a gas station in Clermont.
Authorities arrested 34-year old Terry Joseph Choi on Friday for five counts of Third Degree Sex Abuse. If convicted, Choi could face up to fifty years in prison.
Choi is being held on a $50,000 bond and a No Bond Hold Parole Violation. This case is still under investigation and more charges could be pending.
