The Buchanan County Health Center was under a precautionary lockdown for a short time on Saturday.

The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office says shortly after 9 am, they were contacted by the Buchanan County Health Center Emergency Room staff that they had a man in their ER with a gunshot wound to his abdomen.
