Paul Leonard Loucks, 73, of Manchester, Iowa, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022, at the ABCM Rehabilitation Center in Independence.
He was born on December 16, 1948, in Waterloo, the son of Ralph and Eleanor (Boncher) Loucks. Paul was a 1967 graduate of Wapsie Valley High School. He then attended Iowa State University for two years. Paul was employed in law enforcement and later was involved in sales for the floor covering industry. He enjoyed working and fishing.
Survivors include his daughter, Barbara (Rob) Enright of Olathe, Kansas; his son, Paul (Cassie) Loucks, Jr., of
Kansas City, Kansas; six grandchildren, Nicole, Brandon, Jason, Steven, Aaron, and Paul Loucks III; two brothers,
Glen (Michelle) Loucks of Oelwein and William (Carol) Loucks of Port Deposit, Maryland; and several nieces and
nephews.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, John Loucks.
