MPL Presentation: Iowa Climber Jen Loeb

Iowa climber Jen Loeb will be presenting a program called “Climbing Mt. Everest” at the Manchester Public Library on Tuesday, April 16th at 5:30 pm. This event was previously scheduled for March.
An avid and accomplished climber, Iowa native Jen Loeb will discuss what it was like to summit Mt. Everest in a photographic and video presentation of her journey. She recently became one of less than 25 women in the United States to complete the “7 Summits”. Jen has released a book called “Shots from the Heart,” more than 200 pages of photographs and journal excerpts from her travels both near and far. Jen will also bring in some of her climbing gear and leave plenty of time for questions and book purchases.
