Delaware County Suicide Prevention Coalition Offering Documentary & Trainings

The Delaware County Suicide Prevention Coalition has a few events coming up that could help you if you or someone you know is struggling right now.

The coalition started last August with an effort to address mental health in Delaware County. Organizer Jessica Pape explains:

And she says they’ve made some progress since that time, holding multiple trainings.

Pape says the Delaware County Suicide Prevention Coalition will have a couple more trainings coming up – including this Wednesday, April 20th at theStone Church from 9 am to 3:30 pm, where they’ll talk about De-Escalation.

Last night, the coalition offered a free showing of a documentary called “My Ascension” at Castle Theatre in Manchester – and Pape says they’ll have another free showing coming up this Saturday, April 23rd at 2 pm.
