The Primary Election is coming up on Tuesday – and if you can’t make it to the polls that day, you still have a few days to get your vote in early.
Delaware County Auditor Carla Becker says absentee voting is available at their office at the courthouse through 4:30 pm Monday afternoon.
The Auditor’s Office will also be open on Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm for absentee voting.
The ballot for this year’s Primary will include the candidates for U.S. Senator, U.S. Representative District 2 and Iowa Governor, as well as State Representative District 67 and Delaware County Treasurer, Recorder, Attorney and Supervisor District 3.
Polls will be open on Tuesday from 7 am to 8 pm – you’ll vote at the same place you voted last November at your regular General Election precinct. If you’re not sure where to vote, just give the Delaware County Auditor’s Office a call at 927-4701.
